We provide 3D takeoff with Trimble Business Center tailoring our services to fit your needs from simple surface to surface analysis to a complex 3d models. Our standard takeoff package includes a detailed quantity breakdown by traffic phase, a subsurface materials takeoff and analysis, existing conditions removal takeoff and top soil removal and management plan. We also offer model cut/fill heat maps, Google Earth exports, and custom mass flow/haul diagrams detailing dirt flow, length of hauls and custom haul analysis.

Underground is a major risk item on any project driving potential cost growth. Our estimating process reduces this risk by evaluating underground work by pipe size and depth per phase, excavation material (soft soils/rock) analysis, support of excavation and dewatering.

Our paving estimates are driven by a detailed paving strip maps by project phase. Each plan defines paving pass sequence, widths and lengths and paving material haul cycle analysis. We also offer Batch & Asphalt plant operation pricing.

Traffic maintenance is often under evaluated. Our standard package includes a lane closure analysis identifying the number and type of lane closures and required materials. We also provide a temporary concrete barrier flow analysis to optimize barrier usage.
Based on a realistic construction plan, estimates are completed in either HCSS Heavybid or InEight Estimate (Harddollar) with detailed labor, equipment, materials and subcontractor resources defined by the client. We hold virtual bid reviews with the estimating team and the client to communicate the estimate construction plan, crew makeup and production rates to ensure the estimate meets the clients operational capabilities.
